I am a Registered Psychotherapist and I use Online Therapy as one of the modalities for healing. I offer individual therapy. The areas of focus in therapy include relationships, self-esteem, emotion regulation, dealing with physical, mental or emotional abuse, anxiety, stress, depression, loss, grief and power-imbalance.
I also help clients that emigrated to Canada and I work with the complex issues arising from difference in culture and being uprooted.
During Covid I’ve been working with clients that experience anxiety for their health and the health of their loved ones. I have been working with clients who experience loss and loneliness.
Therapy helps support you in this highly emotional times and helps you take care of yourself. We will work with increasing the ability to hold and regulate emotions. We will make sense of the things that come up for you. We will work with unhelpful patterns to understand them and to raise awareness with them to be able to make the changes necessary to move past them.
If you would like to experience feeling understood, appreciated and supported, if you would like to work with an engaged, non-judgemental and compassionate therapist, I encourage you to contact me.

Together we will make sense of things, so you can find the confidence, freedom, clarity and ease in the world that you seek. I believe that a supportive and nonjudgmental environment is the start for all changes.
My work is based on the fact that we are constantly in relation to everything that surrounds us – my approach is to look at the organizing principles of how we see these relationships. I work together with my clients to make sense of their experiences. This will help with making the changes necessary for moving away from unhelpful habits and patterns of behaviour. I always look at my clients from the holistic point of view and together we discover how to move forward with their process.
My work is sensitive to gender and cultural biases.
I am a member of CRPO as Registered Psychotherapist and of Canadian Association of Psychodynamic Therapy (CAPT).
