Psychotherapy

I provide therapy for a range of concerns, including relationships, self-esteem, emotion regulation, anxiety, stress, depression, grief, loss, and the effects of physical, mental, or emotional abuse. I also work with issues related to power imbalances and systemic challenges.

For clients who have emigrated to Canada, I offer support in navigating the complexities of cultural differences, identity shifts, and the emotional impact of being uprooted. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I worked closely with individuals experiencing heightened anxiety, health concerns, loss, and loneliness.

Therapy provides support during highly emotional times and helps you care for yourself with greater awareness and self-compassion. Together, we will strengthen your ability to regulate emotions, make sense of what is arising, and work with unhelpful patterns—bringing them into awareness so that meaningful change becomes possible.

If you are looking for a therapist who is engaged, compassionate, and non-judgmental, I invite you to reach out. You deserve to feel understood, appreciated, and supported.

“Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing there is a field. I’ll meet you there.” – Rumi

Together, we will make sense of your experiences so you can find the confidence, freedom, clarity, and ease you seek. I believe that meaningful change begins in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment.

My approach is grounded in the understanding that we are always in relationship—with ourselves, others, and the world around us. I help clients explore the underlying patterns that shape these relationships, making sense of their experiences and uncovering new possibilities for change. By bringing awareness to unhelpful habits and behaviors, we create the conditions for transformation.

I take a holistic view of each client, recognizing the many factors that influence personal growth. My work is sensitive to gender and cultural biases, ensuring a space where all aspects of your identity are honored.

I am a member of CRPO as Registered Psychotherapist and of Canadian Association of Psychodynamic Therapy (CAPT).
